Wood Products:

Do not put wood into the oven, microwave, or dishwasher. Handwash with dishwashing soap and a sponge or cloth. Do not soak.

Handle handmade wood products with care. Keep them away from direct sunlight. Avoid very hot food; the heat will damage the surface of the wood.

Handwoven Textiles:

Gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water with soft soap.

Do not soak, do not bleach.

Please line dry. Do not tumble dry.

Warm iron.

You may expereince color loss the first time you wash naturally-dyed textiles, especially with indigo-dyed items. To avoid color transfer onto other clothing, wash brand-new items separately.

The Kindcraft recommends hand washing and line drying handwoven, naturally dyed garments. By taking good care of quality textiles, you'll extend their life and they'll even improve, softening with age.
